Kayla K. Peoples, a North Carolina native, hailing from Murfreesboro, NC, recently, in the wake of recent events affecting the Black community, founded Melanomics: My Melanin Matters, LLC. 

Kayla obtained a Bachelor of Arts, English from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Aggie Pride! She also obtained a Master of Business Administration and a Master of History from North Carolina Central University. Eagle Pride! Kayla also looks forward to taking the February 2018 administration of the New York Bar Examination. Kayla's most recent accomplishments include becoming a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker + Realtor. Because, Kayla is always looking for avenues of advancement, Kayla is entertaining the idea of obtaining her PhD in Legal Studies. 

In Kayla's spare time, which is few and far between, she loves to spend time with family, serve her community, and, of course, treat herself to spa days and shopping excursions! Kayla loves getting glammed up and stepping out on the town or simply, enjoying a night in involving Netflix and CHILL!
